Julie is an Instructor with 10 years experience of teaching in the local community. Who has training in Anatomy, physiology, Torso Training, Core stability. Total Body Conditoning, Nutrition and Weight Management.
JJ's Workout is a fun workout for people who want to lose weight, get fitter, stronger and tone up! They are total body workouts, and above all are a place to have FUN!
Julie aims to offer the oportunity for increased mobilty, increased stamina, better posture, increased muscle tone and strength, and of course lose of weight and fat!!
The classes are mixed ability, suitable for all fitness levels. Your size, age, experience will not matter, you can work at your own pace!
Every Tuesday - Bums & Tums Class
7.30pm - 8.30pm.
This Workout is aimed at toning legs/abs/hips and gluts,with the use of weights/yoga toning balls and bands, which are all optional!
Classes cost £4.50, with no membership fee, and just a turn up and pay policy! There is a token scheme - once you collect 12 tokens (one from each class) then you get your 13th class free.
Bring along a mat, or towel for the floor work and a drink and get ready for a fab Workout!
