Running Wednesday mornings, Elaine Alexander-Tennison provides both Yoga and Pilates classes.

Wednesday 11:15am Yoga
Thursday - Beginners/Refreshers Pilates and Yoga - 11.45-12.30 (with time for questions afterwards)
Elaine also adds in some weekly freebies when possible! These range from 5-30 minutes e.g Relaxation, Tums and Bums, Stretch etc. Feel free to check out some of her videos here.
All classes are currently pay as you go, no need to book and for all ages and abilities. Please bring a mat, some water and a large blanket/towel for comfort.
