Build up your core strength and improve your flexibility, with Janice Roberts.  Thursday evenings in the Main Hall between 6.55pm and 8pm. Please arrive at 6.50pm for a prompt start. You will need to bring a mat/towel and a drink.

This is a very busy and popular class so it is worthwhile calling Janice to check availability before coming along for the first time.
